In reviewing the pie chart you see that voice calls aren't very effective.  When trying to communicate with your medical staff, getting the information to them in a timely manner and getting a response from them allows your organization to react quicker to client needs.   Efficiency also translates to money savings.   There is a tremendous cost difference between making voice calls and using an automated staffing roster to send text messages with the same information.  Click here and enter your organization's costs as they relate to filling one or multiple assignments.
