The services defined
here are options available to an Advantix Communications client as a means to
enhance the effectiveness of the Text-A-Nurse web application. Although
Text-A-Nurse is a complete application that is fully functional without these
features, these services integrate additional tools to further assist in running
the staffing organization.
Revenue Creation Option: One of the most important
aspects of the Text-A-Nurse service is that it can become a revenue stream for
your staffing office. We accomplish this by offering the option for our clients
to create a website providing each client with a means to charge their health
care professionals to signup for the text messaging service. We create the
website for them along with a merchant account. This secure merchant account
allows the client to collect subscription fees from their health care
professionals for the text messaging service. As a result, the client has the
option of charging for the text messaging service as a one time fee or a
subscription service. They have the ability to charge any amount they choose and
is then deposited directly into their business bank account. Advantix
Communications is only involved with setting this up for the client and hosting

Data Entry Option: Most health care staffing
organizations will need to enter their health care professional’s mobile phone
numbers, certifications and personal information individually, by hand. In most
cases, this is a simple process which can be completed in a matter of a few
minutes or a few hours. However, if the organization is extremely large, it
could be a considerable workload and take much longer depending upon the amount
of data stored.
In this case, we offer two ways to assist the organization in expediting
this process;

The first allows the organization to create a file by extracting the
data from their data source and formatting it into an Excel Spread Sheet
or Comma Delimited File. The client will e-mail the file to a designated
location and we will upload their data into the secure Advantix
Communications’ database.

The second way is implemented when the client does not
have an electronic means to create files that can be loaded into our
database. We offer data entry services in order to manually enter all of
the health care professional’s data into the client’s secure Advantix
Communications’ database.

Recruiting Option: As most health care organizations know,
recruiting health care professionals is a never ending task. Advantix
Communications understands this issue due to our research and experience in the
Nurse Registry business. When we came up with our solution; Text-A-Nurse, we
also decided to offer this solution as a recruiting service. This recruiting
service works because we solicit health care professionals to sign up for access
to our text messaging service. Individual health care professionals can now make
themselves known to all Advantix Communications clients. They enter their mobile
phone number and certifications, along with personal contact information into
our recruiting prospect database. All Advantix Communications’ clients have the
ability to access the searchable prospect database for recruiting purposes.
Since all of the data is already collected from the health care
professional, it is a mere matter of automatically transferring the data into
the Advantix Communications’ clients’ recruiting prospect's web page. The client
has access to this web-page for recruiting purposes. The Advantix
Communications’ client user can then send a text message to the prospect
advising them about the available openings. The prospect database is searchable
by zip code and the health care professional’s preferences. Our client then
takes an application as they normally would under any recruiting circumstance
